Free 3 Hour Heal Your Life Workshop

I am presenting a FREE 3 hour HYL workshop either next Wednesday the 10th or Thursday the 11th July. This will depend on numbers!

The evening will involve the following:

1: Welcome and introduction

2: Points of philosophy

3: Should and Could

4: Exercise

Cuppa!

5: Negative messages

6: 10 ways to love yourself

7: principles for ordering from the cosmic kitchen using affirmations

8: Visualization

9: closing

I have a two day, 'Heal Your Life (R) Achieve Your Dreams' workshop on the 20th and 21st of July. 6-8 people per workshop.
